Rosneft to collect bids for exchange bonds Friday

MOSCOW, May 12 (PRIME) -- Russian oil major Rosneft plans to collect bids for exchange bonds from 11:00 to 12:00 a.m. Moscow time on Friday, the company said in a statement without disclosing the volume of the offer.

The technical placement is scheduled for May 18. Gazprombank and Russian Regional Development Bank act as organizers.

The securities will be offered under an up to 1.071 trillion ruble exchange bond program registered in December.
